DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is sufficient.
  • Identification of the infringing material, including the URL where it is located on our service.
  • Your contact details, including postal address, telephone number and e-mail (if available).
  • The following statements to be included verbatim in the communication:
    • “I hereby declare that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as fair use).”
    • “I hereby declare that the information in this notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right allegedly infringed.”
  • Your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Counterstatement

If your content was removed pursuant to a DMCA notice and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counterstatement pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless we receive notice from the original complainant that legal action has been taken.

Information required for a counterstatement:

  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location before removal.
  • A sworn statement that you believe the material was removed in error.
  • Your contact details, including name, address, telephone number and e-mail (if available).
  • A declaration of consent to the jurisdiction of the competent federal court for your location or another competent jurisdiction.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name).

Notification of trademark infringement

If you believe that your registered trademark is being used unlawfully on our Service, please submit a Trademark Infringement Notice that includes the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature or that of an authorized representative.
  • Your contact details, including name, address, telephone number and e-mail.
  • Identification of the brand, including:
    • If registered: A copy of the federal trademark registration certificate.
    • If not registered: Sufficient evidence of your rights to the trademark.
  • Identification of the infringing use, including its location on our service.
  • A statement confirming your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • A sworn statement of the accuracy of your notice and your authority to assert rights in the mark.

We will investigate your complaint and take action as appropriate, including notifying the responsible user and/or removing the infringing material.

We are not an intellectual property court. While we review complaints and may take action at our discretion, we do not adjudicate ownership or infringement of intellectual property rights. If a user disputes a removal and provides evidence to support their position, we may restore the content. By using our service, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims related to IP disputes.
